Joanne Gianndrea is the owner and senior partner of The JMG Group LLC. She served as Vice President of Military Affairs at Lourdes Health System. At Lourdes, she led the creation of a new partnership with Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The results were cited by the Department of Defense (DoD) as a best practice and “a model of care”.
She designed and implemented the Military Concierge Care Program, Patient Service Center, and Physician Network that supported the medical needs of active duty, dependents, retirees, and Veterans in the JBMDL community resulting in high quality expedited care for these patients.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio and a Masters of Science in Hospital Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has served as an Honorary Commander for the United States Air Force for over six years.

Ken Becker is the President of Becker Healthcare and Public Affairs, a strategic health care and public affairs consulting firm, and a strategic partner of The JMG Group. He brings more than 25 years of experience and a lengthy record of developing and successfully operationalizing transformational healthcare programs and delivery systems for large multi-state healthcare organizations.
Ken is an experienced professional, skilled in healthcare consulting, government and regulatory affairs; program development, implementation and evaluation; strategic planning and strategic partnering; and systems of care development, including community-based military health programs that meet the needs of Veterans and TRICARE beneficiaries.
Ken earned a Master’s in Public Policy from American University in Washington, D.C., and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
